Reached Italy : 15/01/2022 reached. MILAN – MALPENSA – ITALY.
Parts hold in customs from 15/01/2022 to 16/02/2022 – Totally 32 days in customs. Customer refused to receive parts and held in customs.
Parts received by customer : 18/02/2022
Customer Test report received date : 10/03/2022.
As per mutually agreed terms, we have mentioned defective parts have to be informed within 2 days of receiving and warranty period is 30 days. But customer have held parts in customs for 32 days exactly. Even we have informed our customer your warranty period is running out, if warranty finishes we can’t support you. It seemed they don’t bother those words.
At first we informed customer D/C is 18+, After we tested the parts we have informed customer D/C is 16+ before supplying. We have provided pictures and test report to customer. After getting confirmation from customer we planned to ship parts. Customer received the parts with 32 days delay which is caused by customer. As per ETA by DHL is 18/01/2022. Considering this it’s been 72 days. Even after receiving parts on 18/02/2022, its been 41 days still we didn’t receive 50% balance payment. Customer claims that parts are not in good quality without functional testing report. Warranty period 30 days have expired and still holding our balance payment.
