This is the second time buying from overseas as I was dealing with a reputational company decided to change as the quality was a bit doubtful and the Sincoheren seller representative convinced me that they are not like that as per the number of sales they have. I read some feedback but I thought might be the case that things can go wrong and people being petty. Then as I have experience buying these machines I noticed things are not ok with their machines.
User Recommendations:
Do not trust this company, really check their quality and feedback on the products. Kuma shape is a really bad machine as it is hazard living my customer red skin and I have informed this to Sincoheren and they think it’s ok to hurt the customers and told me to put the setting very high and I nearly git sucked into the machine. I reduced the settings and even though it is hurting my customers also said that the machines have RF but I did not feel anything of that also I have shown the pictures below to Alibaba and they have not done anything about it as if any machine hurt the clients I could lose my license so the machine it is on the corner.
Also took them a long time to send the machines and never sent completed them, as the manual has not been sent. They think offering a pdf document badly drafted is enough.
They have not sent me any of the instructions, not even the machines’ specifications. Alibaba denied my claim and ignored that the machine it is not safe to use. I have sent all the proof that they need it for them to take into consideration my case but nothing and the SINCOHEREN staff said it must be on WhatsApp and I did and they kept saying up the setting and I showed them that hurts but they said they will speak to the manager and seek advice but they left Alibaba to decide and I am now with a machine its hazard in the corner. I told them that I want to exchange but nothing been done and Sincoheren do not care.

We are a very well known Aesthetic group in Australia have black listed Sincoheren also. The only reason we could not leave this company for a while is because unfortunately they hold our designs and could not get our patented designs sent to another company to do as they won’t release it which is also illegal. I am now working with Asia Bridge Law which is an excellent Law firm in China that deals with all this crap and does a great job. So if you need to contact them I am happy to give you the details, I will leave my email below. I have chosen to pay these Lawyers to make sure this does not happen to anymore people., they are quite reasonably priced. It will be a lengthy process but I will NOT STOP until their export licence is taken off them which is what we are aiming to do and the good news is that it is possible! Any faults with their parts they want money for even though there is a warranty. (if you search reviews online about them everyone is complaining about this exact issue) In our case all our IPL handles would fail at around 20,000 shots and they said send them back to fix them under warranty, Leslie (apparently an engineer who is extremely rude and arrogant) and Kelcy Lee ( Yuanyuan Li), after they received them all from me and after we purchased a whole batch to replace the faulty ones tells us that we have to pay $3000USD for them to repair and send back to us! THEY ARE ALL UNDER WARRANTY!!!! and I already have replaced them with new ones with the agreement that I send all of the faulty ones back to be repaired free. This has been going on for months, I still have not got my repaired handles back! My customers call me crying 2 of which are single mums and rely on their device to make money for them, it is so excruciating painful for me to have to do this to my precious customers. PLEASE run from this company we have been using them for years and only because of our designs we could not leave but had constant complaints on every order we had. We have completely removed ourselves from them, lost so much money but we had to make the decision. Now we only purchase from high end Korean Manufacturers. They are terrible people and money hungry only look after the money not their clients interest!
