User Experience:
We found this Chinese company (Wuxi Kzon Steel Co LTD) through Alibaba at the beginning of April 2021. We ordered 17t of stainless steel tubes from them. As is usual with Chinese suppliers we paid 30% advance. They promised a 7 day completion time but because there were a lot of holidays at that time and we did not bother them. One month later they told us the goods were ready and we paid the rest of the balance. The BL we received was for 17t of stainless steel tubes. After more than one month of travel time, we finally received the container. The local customs officer removed the official container seal and opened the container in front of us. Immediately you could visually tell the container held a lot less tubes than we ordered. Based on prior experience, 17t are supposed to fill the container, but now it was around 30%. Immediately we brought it to certified scales which showed the weight of the received tubes was around 6t instead of 17t. We immediately knew we were scammed by the supplier. We contacted them but they blamed the forwarder for the lower quantity, even though the supplier is the one who placed the official container seal and it was not damaged in any way. The container was also loaded by the supplier. After that the supplier stopped responding and cut off any and all communication with us. We did not receive any refund even though we suffered more than $20 000 direct losses and almost as much in indirect losses!

BEWARE!!! This supplier is a scammer and will shamelessly lie to you about everything, after which they will play dumb and cut off all communication!

Also keep in mind one of the main problems is the system at the Shanghai port! There is no weight inspection and no one checks if the actual weight corresponds to the BL! If a supplier from the Shanghai area offers a really low/good price, even if they seem professional, they will most likely scam you!
