User Experience:
First few orders were acceptable with minor hi cups. Order made just before xmas fell apart totally. High number of items had various manufacturing and packaging defects. Having escalated to Alibaba’s trade assurance team, the seller made up multiple excuses and used photos/videos as evidence which was not from the order disputed. I provided over 40 images and videos which were ignored and the evidence. Seller originally indicated that they would replace or refund for some items but as the Trade Assurance dispute went forward, they withdrew.

The company will pretend to be so professional and courteous. Have every detail of agreement written in contract including photos of what is acceptable and what is not.
