All conditions with this Seller (METCO Co., Ltd. in South Korea) was before clearly confirmed. Purchase Contract was confirmed from both side. A deposit (20%) was made for 3 orders and the balance payment of 80% upon presentation of Bill of Lading. When the goods were ready for shipment, this seller wanted to act against our agreement and wants to have the remaining 80% before shipment. Clearly against our deal. We canceled the orders and asked for the refund the advance payment. Till now the seller has not paid our money back. We took a big loss as a result and have very bad experience with this unserious Seller. We contact and negotiate directly with the CEO of Metco Co. Ltd., his name is Mr. Michael Lee.
His is very unseries in business. Please be careful for all Buyers they will do business with this Seller.
