It then issued to us a pro-forma invoice which we consequently paid through telegraphic transfer last August 2021. Attached herein are the two mentioned documents. The supplier promised to dispatch the goods 15-21 days. Until it gives excuses such as due to government power interruption, Chinese new year and even Olympics of 2022. As of this writing the supplier still not refunded our money.
