We got to know Fahrentec through Google and went to the website fahrentec.com to get in touch with them. We took a fancy to 500kg/day flake ice machine and decided to buy it after repeated confirmation. We agreed to deliver within 20 days, FOB guangzhou, and paid a deposit of 500$. However, 20 days later, I was told that the local government required home isolation and the construction period was delayed. We waited for almost a month and still no results. So we asked for a refund, but they kept pushing back and haven’t done it yet. I am very dissatisfied with their performance and hope that other companies will not be fooled again. They are a scam company and their products are completely below the lowest prices in the market in order to get your order.
