User Experience:
I supplied all details of the design for a custom Dad Hat. They seemed to understand and said they could manufacture this design.

Because they would work with a small order, I went with this supposed supplier. I sent them the funds by Western Union for creation and delivery of 1 sample Dad Hat. I tried to pay through Alibaba, PayPal or credit card; however, they did not have the capability.

The process to finalize understanding of design was impossible as they only focused on the Logo design. They never supplied any material samples of any part of the hat. Once I demanded that I see what they produced for the hat, they showed a standard $2 structured baseball cap. The only thing right about this that was the color. Everything else was wrong.

I believe they do not They do not manufacture hats. Hats are not on their website which is only found on Alibaba (their website is on Alibaba). The domain name sunilimpex.com does not work today.

I believe they buy cheap hats and just print and/or embroider logos on the hats. After I replied with disappointment. They went silent. They do not respond to emails or messages on Alibaba. I believe they could be frauds and/or scammers.

I lost only $85; however, these people should be on a supplier blacklist at minimum for head wear.

The person who received payment through Western Union was Saira Yousaf. All emails were Mr. Sunil. (I should have been alerted right away…)

This is a SCAM.

User Recommendations:
Verify they are a substantial and real business.

Only deal with verified suppliers/manufacturers. And, only deal with vendors that have a positive empirical reputation.

Look at their website and ensure they have a facility and that they show what they manufacture including the machinery.

Verify address. Sunil Impex listed what appears to be a post box.

Verify the people are who they say they are. UI found out they used a fake name.

Research business transactions as much possible with the vendor. Ensure there are no complaints.

Get an sample that is a baseline for customization.

Make sure all communication and payment is through the directory platform.
