We found a seller of a mini-dumper on the Alibaba site, who turned out to be Shanghai Diamond Garment Accessories Co., Ltd., who was previously represented on the site as a gold customer.
We have serious issues with this customer. Namely, in January 2020, a mini dumper suitable for us was ordered from them. After a long correspondence, they presented us with an invoice, which we paid in February 2020, after which they promised us the goods ordered in Estonia. We have not received the goods so far and the correspondence is over. The contact person was someone

We had a long and thorough correspondence even before the purchase, but in the end we still gave in and paid the money before receiving the goods.
When interacting with the Alibaba site, we received a very cold response, despite the fact that the customer can be found on their page, which was also marked as a gold customer. Despite several letters to the Alibaba site, nothing will change about this seller, and sales continued on the Shanghai Diamond site.
We are certainly disappointed with Alibaba, who is unable and unwilling to deal with the scammers advertised on our site.
