User Experience:
First of all, I thought I was dealing with a Canadian company because of the “.ca” on their website, so I felt safe to buy the hairpiece. Little did I know the product was being manufactured and sent directly to my home from China. I asked if they had a return policy and they said yes, so once again I thought I was dealing with a reputable Canadian company, and I would be refunded if it wasn’t the right product. Hawigs did not even attempt to tell me it would be impossible to return the product for a refund. They did not send a return label for me to return the hairpiece. I had to pay out of my own pocket to try and return it to Hawigs, to no avail. I purchased the hairpiece way back in July 2021 and Hawigs keeps telling me they have not received it, but they won’t tell me the whole truth, it was probably thrown in the garbage at Chinese customs somewhere and they won’t refund my money. I email at least twice a week trying to get my money back, but they won’t give it. If I had known I was buying from China I never would have purchased the product from them as I have had problems in the past with buying from China. I just want my $240.00 cdn back.
