In September 2021, we have signed the SPA with KWIFORIC IMPORT AND EXPORT TRADING PTY LTD from South Africa represented by the Managing Director Mr Eric Voboyi Melisizwe with CIF delivery terms of 1.500 mt of refined sunflower oil at port Constanta Romania latest 30 of October with up front payment of 24.000 usd for covering a part of the logistics cost and the balance to be paid when the goods are arrived at destination port.
We have paid the amount of 24.000 usd waiting to have from the seller the shipping documents of 1.500mt of sunflower oil.
But instead to receive the shiping documents to proof that goods are left South Africa to Constanta, Romania, he, Eric Voboyi Melisizwe has asked us to pay more 10.000 usd for finalizing the shipment documents.
We have paid another 10.000usd based on the seller’s promises that he will send immediately the shipping documents. Of course he did send any shipping documents or goods.
Since October 2021 he was lying us every time and he came with many reasons for delaying the delivery of goods.
For now, we have paid already 34.000 usd and we didn’t receive the goods.
At this stage we can not contact him because he blocked us on the phone.
Finally I am sharing with you this story and I am telling you this guy is a big scammer.
