The representative of HTD Eva Huo (signing as Ira Huo in the mails “eva@htd-distribution.jp”) was approached by us (specifically Alexander – the manager of Russian company AZIMUT, enabling all the communication and order placement on behalf of our partner in China – WINHUA). After a period of negotiation we agreed to pay based on submit invoice for the parts that we promised to be delivered to our partner in China within approximately 2 weeks. So after the payment which we executed on 21.12.2021 we expected all the procured items to be prepared by HTD not later then 10.02.2022. But suddenly we hear form Eva on 30.12.2021 saying that 2 items can not be provided at the agreed price, but higher and two more items can not be provided, due to they are sold out. So we asked, that it has been a week already, and why do we hear about that right prior to the New Year holidays. As the outcome we cancelled procurement on these items and agreed for the money to be returned to us in the shortest time. But when we already expected the return of the money and execution over the remaining items in the order, instead on the 14.01.2022 we hear again from her saying that she is not able to supply another item from the remaining list of the invoice, which cost is almost 80% of the price of the entire invoice. And even more saying she is not able to return back money, because it is not their policy, and instead they can do another order for us, keeping the paid money as the advance for the future orders.
