User Experience:
I own a trading business in wire mesh field for many years. This is the first time I got scam big.

I had made small orders a few times of the same goods from this supplier during the period of 5 -6 months. So I gained trust over time and decided to make a big order of one 40′ container. What happened is they produce lower quality than what we agreed in contract or than what they previously produced. ( In contract, the wire diameter is 5mm and mesh size is 50x200mm, what the produce is wire diameter 3.6mm and mesh size 59.7x200mm. All of these make the product lighter and very bendable, not good for this product )

I contacted them and they admitted that they acknowledge the defect of their products and said because of the profit margin is too thin, so they had to buy lower quality material produce for me.

I demanded the compensation but they only compensate in the next order, which it will never happen again.

I think the better way of doing business with Chinese factories is pay them by alibaba.com, or LC term if possible. I paid them by TT because i trusted them.
