We are PP manufacturer in India. We have initially ordered samples from the supplier and received it successfully so we placed the bulk order of 28 tons on 01st July 2021 in 40 feet container. After 10 days, they have shared the duplicate BL copy and when we checked with the forwarder they told that the goods are not in our company name. When we enquired with the supplier they told that the forwarder have sent the goods by mistake to other country and supplier will refund the money along with refund agreement copy but till now ( 01/12/2021) we didn’t receive any single penny. The total loss for us is USD17920
