Our Company Mifflin Ltd signed a contract with this supplier and paid 10 % deposit of $ 9150 on 19 08 21. SGS inspected the material it is not what we have ordered and agreed. Thereafter we have gone for the second inspection which is again out of specification.
Then third inspection by SGS and then material ok but supplier change the payment term as agreed was 10 percent at the time of order which we have have paid as per the evidence attached . Than 90 percent upon receipt of vessel BL . Now seller is blackmailing us to pay upfront how can we trust this supplier who have have changed the payment terms without our consent. please look at the contract.
In addition, SGS find that this company also fabricate SGS certificates. when inspection done it was not according to the contract we asked for our deposits back and supplier is not returning deposits and blackmailing us to pay 90 % and they than they will release the material.
