I am Omi and worked in Cobjack Industrial and OPD Electronics and I am the Sr. Sourcing Manager of the company. We bought one ST part STM32F103RET6 from one India supplier SMR Electronics (www.smrelectronics.co.in and www.smrelectronics.com) in Nov.
However, the material STM32F103RET6 2109 + Batch 2880pcs supplied by SMR Electronics was judged to be refurbished by the IQC of OEM. The supplier SMR Electronics denied that is refurbished parts. Fortunately, we have abundant evidence.
The Quality Supervision Bureau and the Police Station were involved in our refusal of compensation communication with the OEM, so we had to arrange a third-party testing agency for testing. The attachments are the goods pictures which SMR supplied and the inspection report provided by the testing institution for your reference.
The inspection report shows that the wafer D/C was 2007+ and the external label D/C was 2109+.
Until today, SMR Electronics still extremely disavowed, unrepentant and shameless !
Can imagine how disappointed and angry we are. Great trust, full advance payment, in exchange for SMR’s heartless refurbished shoddy goods. This extremely bad and immoral company must be exposed. Thanks for attention.

We suggest that business is business and do not easily believe in the so-called good channels. For new suppliers, industry practice must be followed. Both parties should follow the escrow process Unless they cooperate for many times so that TT in advance can be considered. Photos must be provided in advance for stock, and 30% payment for futures at most. Never pay in full! Remember, remember, remember!
