In July of 2021, I purchased a 14kg quantity of hair care product from Hebei Iverson Biotechnology co,. Ltd. The rep I was in contact with assured me that the product would ship within a timely manner, but he/she/they could not provide a definitive date as of the time of purchase, but that the product would be shipped within one month as one month was the shipping term assigned to the order via trade assurance. Two weeks later I contacted the sales rep to inquire about the status of the order to which I received no reply. I then waited until the following month after the trade assurance shipment term had been exceeded and I inquired once again regarding the status of my order. Again, I got no reply so I decided to open a dispute with Alibaba trade assurance for a refund as the seller would not even read my messages. Alibaba replied that I had provided “insufficient evidence” to support my claim so they closed my dispute and sided with the seller. Hebei Iverson Biotechnology co., Ltd is operated by thieves and trade assurance is a huge scam! I will not be doing business with Alibaba or the Chinese the future.
