In Alibaba, I was searching for a local ocean freight company to assist me with my container of mixed goods.
I asked the selected agent to help me with my first SOC method of shipping.
During the experience of sending goods to the warehouse, for 1-month free shipping (August 2021), I expected to be shipping in September.
It is now December 6th and my cargo has only just left.
The issue with Recaro is they do not have enough people to collect and sort the goods as they arrive.
I found out late in the process and after the inspection team was used, that a lot of my goods were misplaced. This took the agent over 3 months to “sort” my goods.
Now waiting on my shipment, and feel that we will not have everything we ordered on board.
The tricks that have been played on my are astonishing. False Booking dockets edited to “urge me” to pay before. not once but many times.
The storage fees because Ruiqiong could not sort my goods properly were imposed on me. I had to pay so many more in fees that were not warranted.
Trust is a big thing with dealing with ANYBODY. I have never met a Chinese person I did not like before engaging with Recaro Co. Ltd (YC-Express).
This has now changed and will find it hard to trust another agent so freely.
Keep searching until you find somebody who will actively help.
noticing the agent was only reacting to my requests, has not helped, with loss of goods now hindering my trust.
Loss of Time was also the biggest loss. The goods that were to be sold, are now marked redundant due to the buyer rejecting my lengthy delay for stock

stay away from Recaro / YC-Express
I am not sure if I need a Loss Recovery Lawyer. Need to wait until my goods have landed.

I dealt with Shirley Jiang.
Gave me a quote, collected the goods from the supplier with no intention of sending them.
Said the ship with the “special price” left on the 4th April even though they collected the goods on the 6th April!
No information given!
Demanded more money on top of the original quote.
If the supplier was told the price had increase the collection would have been cancelled.
When refused to pay the additional money the supplier offered to collect the goods and Shirley Jiang demanded $1000 to release them or she will have them all destroyed!
I have since read this is a constant scam by this company that uses various different names including Shenzhen You Cheng International Logistics Co Ltd.
The local Police have been involved and all of the suppliers within the group alerted to stop their client from shipping with this fraudulent company.
