Photos were provided and the goods seemed genuine. I provided a UPS shipping label and CI to attach to the goods. Supplier claims that goods were collected but there is no UPS pickup scan so no independent evidence of shipment. UPS could not find any record of pickup nor locate any goods. Supplier Ts & Cs clearly state that risk transfers to the buyer on shipment of goods, so I pointed out there was no evidence of shipment and was immediately referred to their lawyers who ignored all contact attempts at contact.
