I paid in full for a fully built Drone that was to arrive at my address for a possible expanding relationship with this vendor. It was my first purchase from them.
Order # D1080 was created and paid for on Oct. 30th of 2021 for a total of $157.83 USD.
Somehow somewhere at the time of arrival, the country’s customs detect some sort of anomaly or discrepancy within the import documents. The item is therefore confiscated and held by this authority with no hope of it being released to my address.
The delivery carrier informs me that IT IS THE SHIPPING company’s responsibility to contact the said authority and work out the details so the item is released.
For days and days and many emails, I asked in many forms for the vendor to do their job and make things right by me. I have requested that they either refund my money in full or ship a new product with ALL the proper information and forms. They have refused thus far to do anything in essence STEALING MY MONEY! This “company” is a den of thieves, liars, incompetent, scumbags that failed their customers. They cannot be allowed to remain in business and I WARN EVERYONE TO BE WARY OF DOING ANY PURCHASES FROM THESE CHINESE ASSHOLES.
They have to be held accountable and I will make sure their own choice hunts them and hurts their business.

NEVER BUY FROM DARWINFPV ANYTHING! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO AVOID THEM AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY ETHICS AND CAN BE CONSIDERED CROOKS!
