The agreed quantity of aluminum plates as listed on the Proforma Invoice was delivered short. When I contact the supplier, it replied that the price of aluminum had increased in the time of shipment. Thus, “the value of the goods shipped is the value of the PI”. This is a clear message that the shipment is deliberately done less than contracted. Our company filed a complaint to China’s Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office in Riyad, KSA. But, we were not entertained other than accepted our complaint letter.
