We signed the contract in July 2021. To show our good faith, we agreed to pay 50% deposit and their company’s expensive sample ($500) in advance. We found their company on the Alibaba International website and they seemed very professional. They said they can provide sgs report upon shipment. When we paid them $10,000 in advance on July 13, 2021. The tragedy began. At first, they claimed that our first order shipment was too small and they could be ready to ship in about 3 days. But a few more days passed after we paid 50% of the advance payment. We kept asking them when they could ship and when they could confirm the time. Their answer was that they had other important customers to prioritize. Let us wait. We waited a few more days and still, no one told us when we could ship. We asked them why they could not confirm the shipping time yet (they claimed themselves that our shipment was very small, so the lead time was very short). They told us that the situation in Thailand was very bad due to COVID-19. So they closed the company. But they never told us voluntarily that their company was closed. We learned that the situation of COVID-19 in Thailand had become very serious. So we continued to wait. But then the cycle of anger began. They told us they would find a way to ship the product and told us to wait. We agreed to give an answer the following week. By the next week, they had no answer. We went to Alibaba and asked them. Their response was for us to keep waiting. This cycle happened a dozen times. The infuriating thing about them, —-, is that every time it comes time for both parties to agree to give an answer. They never reach out to you.

By August, we were tired of their promises. We emailed them to cancel the order and asked them for a refund. In communication between Alibaba and WeChat, they agreed to refund. Because in August, the price of aluminum ingots had gone up a lot. We didn’t want to waste time with them. By the end of August, they told us that they could ship or refund on September 2. But their manager Ms. Wirada KH communicated with us on WeChat. Stressed that they can only refund but not ship due to our refund email. Even threatened us with lawyers. We don’t want to waste time with this kind of company. We agreed to refund after they opened on September 2, 2021. But the infuriating thing happened again, they claim they can’t open on September 2. They need to wait until September 10. And they told us again that they are ready to ship to us. Told us to wait until September 27th. We told them that we had agreed to a refund and even the option of only a refund was given to us by them. Once again they changed their promise. Although changing promises they have done many times. But we are still angry. We have completely lost our trust in them. We insisted on a refund. Their company insisted to ship. This is a ridiculous thing. From July 2021 when we ordered (ADC12 ingots) to September 2021. The price of aluminum ingots has increased by at least $600-700/ton. If they ship to us, they will lose at least $6000-7000. Why do we find this matter very absurd.

First of all, their company has no credit at all and they can change their promises repeatedly. Also their attitude is very arrogant and rude. When faced with an unexpected event like this, they just put all the risk of loss on the customer. So they don’t need to worry about anything, so they never take the initiative to negotiate with us to solve the problem. And they just closed the company’s office, their company didn’t stop running. They were just working from home. That’s what they told us. So do you understand? How can you believe that such a supplier with no business ethics and integrity would put up with a $6,000-7,000 loss to ship to us. Until now, we contacted them for a refund and they won’t even get back to us. This is a fraudulent company
