Firstly we placed the order, and a few minutes later I received a proforma invoice to pay, I asked them I am allowed only to pay a maximum 50% prepayment and after receiving and testing goods, my management will let us complete the payment. It has been over 11 months since we are trying to communicate to get a refund for the undelivered order and we have lost our reputation in front of our customers. This seller is not responding to our calls and emails. Furthermore, we experienced badly from this seller and damaged our relationship with our customer. Only we need to get back what we had paid to them.
