We have ordered around 27 Tons of Stainless steel Duplex 2205 plates at the agreed dimensions. Tisco company confirmed the order and we paid 30% in advance to book the order.
Upon Shipment, TISCO sends us the invoice and packing list as well as Material test certificates. Everything was matching as per our order.
The fraud company TISCO sent us the Bill of lading for Total weight 27 Tons and we paid the balance 70% .
Upon receipt of the container in JORDAN, we were shocked that container weight was only 22 Tons and net product weight 20 Tons. Material delivered was missing 6 Tons, also the material delivered was not Duplex stainless steel 2205 as we ordered, it is a lower grade different material which we have not tested yet. The plate dimensions were different from our order.
Everything in this shipment was wrong and contrary to our contract in terms of quality, dimensions and delivered quantities.
