We got a quote from Shandong Oude Metal via Alibaba, but the supplier told us to pay with a direct bank transfer instead of paying on Alibaba. The material specifications were agreed very specifically and the supplier sent us certificates of the materials, but only half of the order was delivered and the materials that were delivered were not the same as the specifications.
The supplier delivered short and they used sub-standard steel instead of the specs agreed on in the invoice and certificates.
