User Experience:
Was looking for a part and happen to email the supplier and was given a quote. When we verify with the seller whether is it the same as our photo is shown and asking him for photos. Was then told they might not have stock and asking us what is the part’s brand and spec details. The seller then re-quote with a new price and telling us that he had quote accurate items for us but the stocks are old type and they don’t have stock on hand and cannot send photos for us.
The seller had offered us if we want to place an order, we can pay a 30% deposit first and the balance after we verify the stocks when ready for delivery. If the stocks are wrong, they will refund us.
Before placing the order, we had been asking him to verify with the factory and he has been telling us is the same over the phone and telling us they are the supplier of that brand and telling us to trust him.
After a while, after we had placed the order and a deposit was made, the seller are lack of response after our order has delayed. The sales keep telling he is busy and will follow up with his warehouse.
After 3 – 4 weeks of chasing, the seller finally told us that their warehouse had gotten our stock but only 3 out of 5 and another 2 still need some time to arrive at the warehouse. We had asked to snap for the photo and only get it after 2 – 3 times request but regret that we found the items are different from what we need.
We complain to the sales and asking for a refund, the sales started to shirk and telling us he cannot make a decision and not really respond to us after we keep asking for a refund updates.
After a week, the sales told us that their management refund to refund as they had paid full to the factory and they had more losses than us if asking for a refund. The sales then offer us to hold the fund in their account and use it for the next order.
It is very frustrating and due to lack of response after all things happen, we had rejected the suggestion and asking the sales for response and telling the sales that we will not place any order again.
Instead of providing other solution, the sales have being shirk around and kept telling that they had lost a lot and cannot refund to us and went missing after that, even a warning email had been sent.
