I checked the company if it is a trusted and verified seller on the Alibaba webpage. I ordered a Mini dumper with a 9 hp engine, 500 Kg payload, weight more than 350 kg.
The delivered product has multiple defects and doesn’t meet the specifications of the contract. Also, the product is badly produced. The engine was delivered with only 5,4 hp, payload only 400 Kg, and a weight 200 kg. The hydraulic system is defective and makes a terrible noise. The dumper can’t lift any kind of weight. The product is fully useless.
I complained and they start lying. I got by the Alibaba insurance $ 400 back and not more.

Never pay in advance. Alibaba insurance will not or can’t support the buyer to get the full money back. I got $ 400 dollar by the Alibaba insurance back. This is better than nothing but I lost $ 3000. I learned my lesson.
