A contract was signed for the supply of stainless steel sheets of grade 12X18H10T, in the amount of 83.189 tons, for a total amount of 257,645 US dollars, on the terms of SIP Almaty. The prepayment was 30% of the contract amount. After they asked for another prepayment in the amount of 90,000 US dollars, we paid them. And then they said that the products were ready for shipment and asked to pay the remaining amount.
We paid, and they began to say that they did not calculate the unit price correctly and now the price is different and demanded to pay another 29 thousand US dollars and we paid them. Then they said that they had problems with containers and could not ship. They shipped one container, but this container was not accepted on the railway, then they loaded this container onto a truck and sent it to Khorgos.
After that, we told them that we would pick up the rest of the cargo on the trucks ourselves, asked for the loading address, they did not give the address. After lengthy negotiations, they gave the address where you can pick up the cargo. We loaded the rest of the cargo and sent it to Khorgos. Upon arrival in Khorgos, the trucks were unloaded in Khorgos, and they began to check for compliance, when weighing the cargo, it became clear that the actual weight of the cargo they sent was 75,840 tons. Since we ordered 83 tons, they did not ship more than 8 tons of cargo to us.
We told them this and asked them to ship the missing cargo, to which they replied that it was not their problem and said that we must accept the cargo piece by piece. We have a contract with them in tons, and we paid them per ton. They just deceived us and in the end they do not want to do anything. They write that this is not their problem.

These are scammers and swindlers. They take money by deception after receiving 100% prepayment, they simply start to deceive you further and demand additional money. If this happens in China, then the Chinese state allows them to do this, as the lawyers told us that it is useless to sue them, since the Chinese courts are always on the side of their swindlers.
