User Experience:
Seller Sally of the company quoted all goods and after payment said that many models were out of stock. She was very unresponsible. Goods were packed not accurately, many goods were damaged, many goods were missed. She gives about 6 months warranty. Maybe Sally did the order out of the company. Because she gave very less warranty time (before warranty time was 12 months). Order and shipping time took about 4 months. So, I had many not working, bad quality goods, about 300pcs laptop batteries, 40pcs keyboards, 50pcs power adapters etc. I lost many with the company.
Now hard to find reliable suppliers in China. I work in China for more than 10 years. Every time have problem with suppliers. Every time missing goods, defective goods, wrong goods.
