It was my first time to buy steel sheet product in China but this happens. I order and paid 27tons of steel sheet. But upon arriving in our city when the convan weigh-in, the net weight of the convan is 27,110kg less the weight of the 20ft convan which is 2,120kg the total weight inside the convan is 24,990kg. I ask the supplier to give me a proof that they ship 27000kg, they did not reply on my messages and call.
