We had a contract to import white oak logs from Pilla Sarl LLC for our sawmill in 22.June.2021. Everything seems to be fine at the start. We make a contract with stamp and signature and I thought they were good company. After we paid 50% of the contracts I started waiting for my goods. After a few days, I started to think that this company was a fraud because it started not writing to me and sending me nothing about the required documents.
I started asking them more about the documents because they want them from our government. The next day they write to me from the cargo that I will receive them when it arrives at my address. I started to think that this is a cheater. I came across your site for the black list of suppliers and I found this company there. After reading below the comments of a buyer from Vietnam that he was deceived by the same company, I realized that the same would happen to me. The next day they wrote to me from the cargo that they want 1500 euros for insurance due to covid complications.
Otherwise, they said that I would not be able to receive the goods in the same way as the buyer from Vietnam. I wrote to the seller company that there is no such clause in our contract and that I cannot pay him in this way. And he only tells me that I should have paid him as soon as possible so that he could give him the cash. After this conversation, I realized that both companies work together and are fraudsters and now I’m waiting to return my money.
