On 25.02.2021, I contacted Wuxi Kzon Steel Co., Ltd via madeinchina.com website via e-mail. Someone named Annie replied to me at annie@kzonsteel.com. After the correspondence, we made the order in April 2021 by paying 30% in advance. At the end of April, we paid the remaining balance and the order was shipped to me. In return for our order of 304L quality stainless steel, they sent a material whose values did not match any product. The product that came was a too poor quality to be used. Later, we sent them the test results that we had done by an independent institution, but they insisted that they sent us the desired product and asked us to prove it. We sent the first opening of an unopened pallet they sent, by shooting an uninterrupted video showing that it is not possible to use the product. Then they asked for a complete video that includes the moment of disembarkation. It is known to everyone that this is not possible due to many prohibitions (entry to the ship, entering the customs area, etc.). They also reduced the desired product thickness and sent about 2000 KG of missing goods. In summary, they sent both missing goods and low quality goods.
