In October 2020 we purchased 2300 units of Panasonic EVQWHA50K from Bonase HK.
Bonase HK assured us that the switches were genuine and of 2019 date code.
2 reels were received marked as 2018 date code.
Our production has been delayed until March-April 2021 due to COVID but upon re-starting EVQWHA50K from BONASE were found severely oxidized and completely rejected. The parts had to be urgently replaced and we suffered losses.
We complained to BONASEHK and they admitted the true date code as 2010(!) and the label has been just put on the reels for the sale. BONASE HK refused to refund the order or provide other remedy despite the clear case of fraudulent supply.
