I was just finalizing my order 4 months ago when my representative had informed me he was departing the company and will hand me to another rep. He also informed me that she is new to taking orders and might have a hard time confirming the part fitment to motorcycle in which I didn’t mind.
This process took 3 months with majority of the time no reply or answering my calls. I was then promised they will update my performance invoice but that never happened. Several more delays in responding and promises to update the order in Alibaba.com , but again my messages and calls were ignored. This went on several more times.

You cannot trust this factory in taking your order and delaying any product sampling if they are going to make empty promises.
Poor customer service, bad response times. You cannot trust doing business or having a relationship.
