I needed a quantity of custom TPU with a specific embossed texture for the manufacture of an inflatable product being produced in the UK. I ordered the required calendaring roller along with 4km of material for USD14,300. After 3 months when the order was due for delivery, I contracted the company conferenced and was informed by the salesman, Lambo Liao, that he had not managed to source the roller, and therefore the order hasn’t been started. A sample of the available texture was requested and sent, but the quality was low and completely unsatisfactory. So I requested a refund which is still outstanding. My emails are being read and ignored.
