I am from Uzbekistan. We made a contract with this company last year (2020). And placed an order for 6-7-10mm round bars, a total of 25 tons (as a trial), and make payment on 8 January. And Ms. Sandy (the person who is in charge of our order) informed us that the goods are ready for shipment we gave our forwarder contact and forwarder take the goods. In CL and PL there were 25 tons, but our forwarder informed us that there are only 15 tons. After this situation, accrued Ms. Sandy informed us that she will load the rest 10 tons or refund money to our company account. But now they do not answer our calls, emails and so on. They should supply us with 10 tons or refund 6601 USD. After the goods have been received we found out that they are 3 packages of 10mm round bar and w packages 8mm round bar(we did not order for 8 mm round bar). So we do not recommend you to buy from this company.
