We have confirmed the first order with this company regarding product Copy Paper A4.
First, we made an agreement with them, our company is not going to be charged with any extra costs during goods arrive in our Port Destination, because we confirm by CIF INCOTERMS. (photo1),and also we select which shipping line we want to use because not all shipping lines operate in our port.
After we confirm order and payment terms, we got proforma under this name Phattharawan Bannaklang invoice and prepayment was 1.631,75$ we made on date:16.02.2021
Goods were planned to load 3 days after payment is done. After those 3 days, we have been asking every day for documents and container details they never asked, what we want just told container is loaded and nothing else.
On date 25.03.2021 they informed us the container is going to auction, in port COCHIN, without any information and asking us for one payment:”sir you can pay the 1721 USD. SO we obtain the license ( covid fee license)?!?? The money is refundable upon delivery. So you will get back the full 1721 USD within 3 days after the goods arrive.”
Of course, we didn’t paid because is not obligated for buyers.
Since that day they never give informations regarding our order.
