Met her at the hair exhibition in 2019 and since then connected on WhatsApp where she kept sending me pictures and details of her products. I liked one particular men’s hair system that she assured me is the best quality of hair and also showed me a video.
I believed her and paid her.
When I received the product it was not as per video and the quality of hair was very very bad.
I said I have spent money for courier and duty to India and now I have to pay for courier back from India to Dubai and Dubai to China. But still, all I am asking is to pay me back what I have paid you.
She refused.

Do not trust new Chinese vendors. They back out from their commitment and also their responsibility
They know it is difficult and expensive to return good back so they can get away with it
China customs also does not like goods returned back.
This is why they can cheat and most of the time getaway
