I Bought a Triethylene glycol cas 112276 and the Supplier sends 12 DIHYDROXYPROPANE CAS 57556 which of course got through UPS. When I confronted him he made stupid excuses that it is the right one, they did a favor for me (so less tax will be paid), and that it is common practice in china. They also told me I need to accept this and send a lab testing to show it was the wrong one. Alibaba intervenes but got only half of the money back with an additional reduction on the transaction fee. At that point, I decided that this is most likely a scam and I had enough.
