I followed the sales girl Kelcy from Broad Laser who had many problems. She told me Sincoheren is great and I should purchase from them. I did. From the initial order 4 years ago I had problems. I have wasted so much money on repairing these devices and a lot of trouble from customers. The company never ever cared. The owner never once emailed or called me even though I have paid him thousands and thousands of dollars. I supported Kelcy Lee so I did not complain. I developed a lot of anxiety and panic attacks because of the trouble I had with these machines and the anger my customers had with machines breaking down all the time. I always paid for these manufacturers’ faults. This all happened to me so I can imagine people who are not distributors and just buy 1 or 2 devices. They won’t even reply to them. I saw many bad reviews on the US complaints board and I wish I looked into them first before I invested all my money in this company but I was always trying to support Kelcy which in turn became like her bosses.
She too did not care anymore. Up until today, I am getting bad equipment. Wrong accessories faulty handpieces, badly painted devices, many many motherboard issues, software issues. All this could have been prevented but they never test the devices. They lie all the time. My last orders was 5 IPL SHR and Laser devices and all 5 had problems. ALL FIVE!!! Missing accessories broken handpieces just very rushed bad jobs! I am beyond angry and when I told them all handles need to be replaced she told me they sent them so I told my customers not to worry and today I asked for the waybill number but to my shock, the handpieces are still at the factory.

I have worked 4 years with this company so I tell you PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!! PLEASE. I recommend Sanhe Lasers, Adss, Honkon. Please contact me if you need me to show you all the photos of all my problems with this company! It will shock you!!!
SIGN AGREEMENTS and get good lawyers from China, I now use AsiaBridge Law. Don’t use lawyers from your home country because they don’t know Chinese law.

I made the post above. I would like to say that everything has changed with this company and Kelcy has corrected everything. It is actually better than before and is the best company that I have ever used. They have better support now and better understanding and have upgraded all the equipment. Great devices. Hello again me, I as a Director of a very well known Aesthetic group in Australia have black listed Sincoheren above. I was told they would help me and look at making sure all the warranties will be applied to our IPL devices which we ourselves designed. They are not Sincoheren designs as they are not well made at all and all have cheap Chinese parts in theirs. They told us if we remove this then they will help and on this site nothing can actually be removed so we posted a reply saying all is better with the company! NOOOO IT IS WORSE! the only reason we could not leave is because unfortunately they hold our designs and could not get our patented designs sent to another company to do as they won’t release it which is also illegal. I am now working with Asia Bridge Law which is an excellent Law firm in China that deals with all this crap and does a great job. I have chosen to pay them to make sure this does not happen to anymore people. It will be a lengthy process but I will NOT STOP until their export licence is taken off them which is what we are aiming to do and the good news is that it is possible! Any faults they want money for even though there is warranty. In our case all our IPL handles would fail at around 20,000 shots and they said send them back to fix them, the last lot sent Leslie (apparently an engineer who is extremely rude and arrogant says after they received and after we purchased a whole batch to replace the faulty ones tells us that we have to pay $3000USD to send all our warrantied parts back to us! PLEASE run from this company we have been using them for years and only because of our designs. We have completely removed ourselves from them and now only purchase from high end Korean Manufacturers. I can not post many photos here but you are welcome to email us at melbournelaser@optusnet.com.au to get more photos of all the issues we have had and I am 100% guaranteeing you that you will not want to purchase anything from them! They are terrible people and money hungry only look after the money not their clients! We have been feeding them money for years and very good money so can you imagine what they do to poor people who are trying to save money by buying from China. Please think twice there are only like 2 good factories in China out of the millions!

Hello Rezanasiri. You should be scared because they have not learnt. I sent them back 7 faulty IPL handles and they want money for them so my customers have been left with no handles. I have completely stoped from them they are terrible, disgusting and money Hungry, I have been dealing with Kelcy Lee, Yuanyuan Li and Leslie who apparently is their engineer and does not know how to repair anything. He also can not find the issue of why the hand pieces fail. We have replaced 40. We sent most back and they fixed them because we are a distributor and now they want money for the rest haha! it is actually a laughing matter. I am going to continue with my reviews and report them everywhere. We have had our name damaged because of them and have now moved on to a much better supplier in China and now mostly Korea as they are unbelievable good.
