User Experience:
I saw an AD on FACEBOOK for these battery operation class 1 lights from strobe max lights. I did research on the company. and found that they had very little known about them. But I did notice that he had at least 10 years of the youtube video.

I decide to place a small order with them to test if they would deliver. I paid for them on 14 DEC 2019. then COVID 19 hit and he said this production line was full. 15 days for shipping that went by then the Chinese new year came and a Government shut down. Then March 23, 2020, I finally got a shipping number. When I Finally got my lights, the batteries were dead. I informed Sting that there was a Dead. I charged them. I fail to fully run from fully charged to empty batteries. The paperwork said 6 hours of run time. And I got only less than 3 hours. On both, I found that out after I order $3,300 worth of product from him. And I figure he would send a replacement battery to replace these batteries NOPE.

Later he came back and said his production team put in the wrong battery in my units for which I paid a premium price. His built quality is good but his service and truthfulness are lacking and he calls himself a reliable man. I put in my order on April 21, 2020
and agree to what I wanted and he sent a PROFORMA Invoice and I PAID STING $3,228.20 to be ship within 30 working days after they got the agreement on the amount. He keeps changing his condition every time we message.

I have been in factory thought out the United States and parts and pieces are everywhere waiting for assembly. IT SEEM TO me that he only runs a limited stock amount of parts. that seems weird when he is a worldwide seller. I have noticed on Youtube new Products are still being shown.

I haven’t seen these products not being product being by anyone else. I DIDN’T RETURN A SIGN COPY OF PROFORMA. UNTIL Aug 23, 2020.

BY EMAIL; ACCORD TO THIS WEB SITE IT NOT LEGAL CONTRACT. SO I GOT ROB $3,228.20 PLUS OTHER COST. 8 MONTH SO FAR AND NO PRODUCT. THE LAST COMMENT FROM HIM. HE WAS WAITING FOR ANOTHER ORDER TO BUILT MY 60 UNIT. AND I TOLD I WAS GOING TO WRITE MY EXPERIENCE ABOUT STROBEMAX ON ALL OF THIS FACEBOOK AD AND YOUTUBE. AND HE WASN’T HAPPY THE IDEA. And I like the Uh 012 light.

  1. I too got caught by Sing Yang. Paid him +- $ 6,000.00
He kept giving me stories about production and part /component shortages. He then basically demanded that I up my order to double before he could produce anything. I contacted an ex-employee of a long time supplier at another company in Taipei and she told me Sting Yang has a minuscule operation & is known for often not delivering on his promises. He is known for trying to extort money by having customers pay for larger orders than what they require. He usually hooks you by delivering on the first few small orders and then starts with his nonsense.
