The purchased laptop was defective, crashing and freezing continuously, totally unusable. I immediately tried to contact the seller for an exchange, but the seller did not respond to ca. 10 messages. There is no other way (email or phone) to contact the seller. Clearly, the products are of very poor quality, and the after-sales service is non-existent.
