First ordered a sample, which was ok. After sample approved bulk order of 20 nos. was placed. All 20 nos. was supplied with a manufacturing defect. The product completely failed.
The salesperson named Jemin acknowledged the same on WeChat. After a lot of persuasion 2 nos. was sent by him as replacement approval. Both the 2 nos. was of even worse quality and failed. The same was immediately reported to Jemin and the company on both WeChat and email.
We have been trying to contact the company as well as Mr. Jemin but there has been no response whatsoever.
