I ordered a skirt from this company and they sent me the wrong one. Their terms said that items could be returned within 14 days of delivery and that the customer should contact them for the address, but when I did so, they would not give me the address and kept wheedling me to just accept the situation. The email conversation went on for several days, during which they offered me 30% and 10% discounts on their site, and offered to refund me 20% of the purchase, even though the fault was entirely theirs.

I’m not going to buy from these sketchy companies anymore, and I will report their advertising whenever I see it. It is complicated though, as I am almost certain they simply change their company name and migrate their site to a new location every time they get in too deep with customer pushback. It’s not possible to know for certain that the almost identical sites that pop up once the original ones disappear are indeed the same company, but it seems very likely.
