We purchased small batches of sanitizer dispensers. They all work fine. Then we ordered a larger batch, and the quality is much worse. The supplier denies the difference and remains at the standpoint that the quality is good. The supplier does not want to send new products are take the products back and refund the payment. The total loss for us is USD 9000.
