I have found this company on Alibaba.com. This time I need some packaging. We confirmed with the manager (Anne) price and asked for a sample. The sample was very good and we have decided to place order.
During production, the manager told me that she forgot to add some costs so the final price will be higher. As I was interested in goods – I agreed.
When the order was ready – the manufacture asked me to pay the balance payment and the seat me revised PI.
In PI they changed the final quantity unilateral. We ordered 10 000 pcs, but they made 15 000 and told us that if we will not pay for 15 000 pcs – they will not send goods to us
We paid.
After receiving goods – we checked the quality of packing printing – it’s terrible.
