we wanted to make a purchase of 3M masks and filters for masks.
On June 22. We made two transfers to the bank account number for $ 1017 ($ 100 + $ 917). and the supplier said that he was going to send the merchandise by air to our country Ecuador. But the supplier took time to dispatch the merchandise and when we wrote the emails, he told us that the merchandise arrived in our country, but it was a lie. They sent us a fake tracking number from a fake courier company with a fake website. We have evidence and evidence that this provider cheated on us. they did not dispatch the merchandise to us and neither they do not want to return the money to us.
We have called the customs of my country, and the customs agents told us that the merchandise never arrived in the country.
They wanted to deceive us, demanding an extra payment from us because, according to them, they had sent an additional cargo that by mistake of their warehouse we had to pay for that. but they promised us that the cargo would arrive in Ecuador and we could do business to pay for the additional cargo, however, the supplier refused to give us tracking and shipping details, and cheated and lied to us many times saying that the cargo had arrived at our country, but it was a lie, the cargo never left Indonesia the supplier’s country of origin. we have demanded the money back but they no longer give us an answer.
We demand our merchandise or money back. We have fallen into the hands of this scammer who pretends to be a provider and I don’t know how many customers were deceived by this provider. this is a lousy service. and we are disappointed. We sue the provider to be blacklisted by failed providers.
