to sell me the required quantity of 9666 Kgs of 4140 steel plates and they sent me the PI including sea freight cost and I transferred them the payment in advance.
After that, I followed up with them for the shipment of the order and they confirmed me shipment under process, after several weeks of following up with them with no avail, I sent a friend of mine in China to visit them in their company but he found out that the address given in their website is a restaurant, not a company, we kept following up with them by email, Wattsapp, and Wechat but they never reply again.

I learned from this experience that I must make sure of the company and it is existence and the best payment terms to be by letter of credit.
This company is a scam and cheaters and I advise all steel products buyers from all over the world not to deal with them as they are cheaters.
