I purchased this machine directly from the company. It arrived and has never worked. I have countless texts and videos trying to troubleshoot. It won’t suction. Not all the pieces they said I needed were in the box. I have paid extra money in the US trying to get it fixed. They are not honoring the one year warranty and impossible to try and get it fixed.
User Recommendations:
Buyer beware. I have lost time and money trying to get this fixed. it has been extremely frustrating. I want a new system or my money back. I am happy to ship this faulty one back to them. I am out 6K in money.
