They made my last order of 1000 pcs completely wrong, in the ugliest color possible, and then refused to correct it unless I paid for it. They then proceeded to convince me to allow them to make only 500 pcs as a replacement and they will make the other 500 pcs when i needed them. I NEED THEM!! But they are refusing to answer my emails, even though the corona virus has caused us to lose so much money, and sales dwindle until we get this stock back in. We actually require more than 500 pcs this time, but due to Covid-19, we all must be careful with stock levels.

Do not deal with this company. They made promises to replace our stock and did not. Every single order we have had with them has taken minimum 4 months, instead of the usual 35 days of our other suppliers.
I have dealt with at least 4 different people in this company in the past. The current one is the worst of all. Her name is ‘Forever’. But as the owner calls the shots, he is the worst of the worst. His name is Roger Han, or Han Tongqiang. I have also spoken to Kaileena and Ricky and Alsam.
They also call this company “Zhongshan Bloomingflower Children Products CO. , LTD.”. They are not capable to handle customers needs or concerns. They will take your money and scam you.
In addition, as you can see in the attached, they admit they are not a big company, and cannot even afford to replace such a small order. So do not be fooled if they claim to be a big company. If they do say they are, then either way, they lie to you or us, so they are liars, right?
I even asked them why they claim to have so many employees and millions of dollar turnover on their website, and Forever told me this is old information, and not like that now.
They ask for OUR help to fix their mistake. They would buy the cheapest part (the boxes) as they have no choice due to minimum order from their supplier, but refuse to cover the cost for the 1000 pcs they got wrong the first time (which was way overpriced anyway!).
So they buy the boxes and still want to make 1/2 of what they owed us. I should have known they were scamming us. Why wouldn’t they just make it all at the same time?
It actually quite a relief that they have lied and cheated us one more time. It has forced us to leave them finally.
